Concrete Production Requirement: Generally, if you require higher production capacity, we recommend a stationary concrete batching plant. To meet these needs, we offer both hopper and conveyor models. For instance, belt conveyor concrete batching plants can produce up to 240 cubic meters per hour. On the other hand, if you have lower production requirements, you can choose our mobile batching plants, with a minimum capacity of 25 cubic meters per hour. Moreover, these are more economical than stationary plants.
Required Concrete Type: If you want to produce standard ready-mix concrete, you can use a standard concrete batching plant. We use a twin-shaft concrete mixer for concrete mixing. This mixer mixes the material evenly. However, if you need to produce high-grade concrete, we offer planetary concrete mixing equipment.
