The concrete mixing pump with batching machine is mainly composed of batching system, water adding system, mixer, mixing drive device, concrete pumping system, control system, chassis and drive.

Working Principle

Raw materials such as gravel and cement are fed from the silo into the mixing drum according to the set ratio through a metering device. The water system simultaneously adds the required amount of water. The agitator shaft within the drum drives the blades to rotate, evenly mixing the gravel, cement, and water to form concrete that meets the requirements. The evenly mixed concrete enters the pumping system, where the hydraulic pump generates pressure, pushing the piston to deliver the concrete through the delivery pipeline to the construction site.
