Product Structure

HBTS electric concrete pump is mainly composed of radiator, diesel engine, control system, hydraulic oil pump, lubrication system, sealing system, mobile frame, concrete pipe and accessories. The whole machine occupies a small area and is driven by a diesel engine.

Working Principle

A diesel-powered trailer-mounted concrete pump is driven by a diesel generator. It uses a piston or plunger to push concrete, delivering it through pipelines to the construction site. Once the trailer-mounted concrete pump is started, concrete enters the inlet through the hopper and is reversed by the screw conveyor on the positive displacement hopper. Simultaneously, the concrete is forced into the discharge pipe by the delivery cylinder. The pressure differential rapidly pumps the concrete from the mixing plant to the construction site.
