Product Structure

An electric concrete pump primarily consists of a motor, hydraulic system, pumping system, batching and delivery pipelines, control system, feed system, and discharge system. Each concrete pump includes 100/150m of concrete piping and accessories (clamps, rubber, cleaning balls, etc.). Through the coordinated operation of these components, the electric concrete pump efficiently and stably delivers concrete to the construction site.

Working Principle

Electric trailer-mounted concrete pumps are driven by an electric motor, using a piston or plunger to push concrete, delivering it through pipelines to the construction site. When the trailer-mounted pump is activated, concrete enters the injection port through the hopper and is forced backward by the screw conveyor on the positive displacement hopper. Simultaneously, the concrete is forced into the outlet pipe by the concrete delivery cylinder, rapidly utilizing the pressure differential to pump concrete from the mixing plant to the construction site.
